• Report delivered the same day as the inspection is done, most of the time within an hour of the inspection being done. We use a custom designed program for the Ipad that allows you to receive the best and most detailed report in the fastest turn-around time.

• The inspection itself is usually performed within 48 hours of initial contact. (Most contracts only allow 7 days for the inspection period; so quick scheduling is importand.)

• Permit research is done on every report to discover incomplete permits on your prospective home. (They can cost thousands to complete, and once you own the home they are 100% your responsibility.)

• No need to call and schedule 4 inspections at 4 different times with 4 different inspectors (Wind Mit, WDO, Home Inspection, Dock & Seawall, etc.); we are State licensed in all inspection areas needed. No need to waste time and money.

• Comprehensive 40-50 page report with 30+ photos of every problem, recommended tips, hard-to-see areas, serial information on ac, water heater, appliances, etc. that may come in handy to have down the road.

• Many other companies are actually middlemen and farm their inspections out to other home inspectors. You never know who you will get. With us, you will always get the same highly qualified inspector with the same high quality detailed report.

• We do wind mitigations with reports most of the time, and they can save you 50% on your homeowners insurance. We also will tell you ways to increase that amount to maximize your discount.

• On each report, you will receive a cost breakdown of any repairs needed. Three separate contractors will be contacted, and a median price for your specific problem will be provided for you so that an informed decision can be made.
