Home Inspection price is based on the square footage of the house along with the number of bedrooms & bathrooms.

WDO reports are $100 when done at the time of the inspection

Wind Mitigation reports are $75-$100 if done at the time of the inspection or $150-$175 if done at a later date or independent of a Home Inspection

Dock and Seawall Inspections are done at low tide under water and may be scheduled during the Home Inspection or another time of day depending on tides. The cost is $300-$400 depending on dimensions.

4 Point Inspections are required on all homes of 30 years or older and cost between $75-$100 if done at the time of the inspection

Mold Testing - $100 per area tested with lab fees are included.
